2. What is the purpose of the processing?
As a rule, the processing will be for the purpose of handling requests made on the website, or by email or through enabled chat. Requests of this kind may be, to give an example, the handling of a request, the reply to a request for commercial information, where applicable, for signing up for company newsletters, and any other interaction between the website user and Astara Move S.L. that tends towards meeting the user’s need. All the data requested are necessary for enabling the request to be dealt with.
Data that might be collected by email and/or through the on-line chat will be processed for the purpose of dealing with any questions, suggestions and/or queries made by users.
Users will be able to fill out the forms, either as providers or as users, on the registration channel. The purpose of the forms is to register those users and send out commercial information if they had expressly requested it via the respective acceptance boxes.
With regard to the subscription of vehicles, the aim of the processing will be the one described in the "General Terms and Conditions of Subscription" section. Subscription vehicles have GPS geo-location systems or similar devices for monitoring the subscriber’s activity, for security reasons and to control goods or services made available to the subscriber. In particular, geo-location enables ongoing control of the location of vehicles and of the good use made of a vehicle by the subscriber, as well as detecting cases of non-payment, fraudulent use or reckless driving.

3. What is the legitimisation for data processing?

4. Will the data be communicated to third parties?
ASTARA MOVE, S.L. has the collaboration of third-party services providers who have access to its personal data and who process the data for and on behalf of ASTARA MOVE, S.L. as a consequence of their services provision.
Should you be interested in purchasing a vehicle, your personal data will be passed on to the official dealer that owns the vehicle, to its distributor and to the manufacturer itself, so as to provide you with the services that stem from fulfilment, maintenance and control of the contract which, where applicable, you have entered into regarding a vehicle, such as post-sale and guarantee services, and keep you informed of, or enlist your participation in telephone, postal or electronic satisfaction surveys about, products or services or the automotive industry.
Furthermore, should you wish to engage a financing service for purchasing a vehicle, your personal data may be passed on to the pertinent financial institutions or insurance companies.
ASTARA MOVE, S.L. will engage the provision of services by third-party providers who carry out their activity in sectors such as, but not limited to the following: companies that are providers of computer and technological services.
International Transfers: Your personal data may be sent to third parties situated outside the European Economic Area for them to provide us with services related to the products and services you have requested. These transfers will be made to countries with regard to which the European Commission has declared that there is an adequate level of data protection or on the basis of adopting any of the other adequate guarantees provided for by the regulations applicable.
5. What rights do the Users have?
