TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING AVIOS THROUGH THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN ASTARA MOVE AND IAG (IBERIA + VUELING)
FIRST.- Responsible company.
ASTARA MOVE, S.L., with registered offices at Avenida de Bruselas, 32, 28108 Alcobendas, Madrid, and with NIF B-88349345 (hereinafter referred to as "Astara Move" or "the Promoter"), is organising this Promotion in order to reward the loyalty of its private customers through the accumulation of Avios, the loyalty points linked to the Iberia Plus and Vueling Club programmes (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"). This initiative reinforces Astara Move's commitment to offering exclusive benefits through its vehicle subscription services.
SECOND.- Territorial and personal scope.
This Promotion is available exclusively to private customers of Astara Move who reside in Spain and have an active account with Iberia Plus or Vueling Club.
THIRD.- Duration of the Promotion.
The Promotion will remain in effect for an indefinite period from the date of its publication on the Astara Move website, subject to any modification or termination, which will be duly communicated.
FOURTH.- Participation mechanism.
To benefit from the incentives described in these Terms and Conditions, Users must complete the following actions:
· Activate their Avios account in the private area of Astara Move.
· Purchase a vehicle subscription.
· Link their Iberia Plus or Vueling Club account using the form activated in the "Loyalty" section of the private area. To do so, they must log in to their Iberia Plus or Vueling Club account through the secure login system provided on the platform.
The system will verify that the requirements have been met by automatically confirming the registration of the Avios account, validating the vehicle subscription contract with the corresponding transaction code and synchronising data with the Iberia Plus or Vueling Club platforms to confirm the effective connection.
Once the above requirements are fulfilled, customers will accumulate:
- 10,000 Avios for the first vehicle subscription after the activation of the Avios account.
- 1,000 additional Avios for each subsequent new subscription.
FIFTH.- Specific conditions for obtaining Avios.
Avios will not be generated retroactively. This means that customers with active subscriptions prior to connecting their Avios account will not earn points until they make a new subscription.
Vehicle delivery is required for the activation of Avios.
The Promotion does not apply to companies or customers acting as legal entities.
SIXTH.- Nature and redemption of Avios.
The Avios earned will be added to the balance of the Customer's Iberia Plus or Vueling Club account, where they will remain regardless of the termination of the collaboration between Astara Move and IAG.
Avios have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or other goods or services outside the conditions established by the Iberia Plus or Vueling Club programmes.
The use of accumulated Avios is governed exclusively by the terms and conditions established by the Iberia Plus or Vueling Club loyalty programmes.
SEVENTH.- Limitation of liability and reservation of rights.
Astara Move is not responsible for:
§ Failures in the Iberia Plus or Vueling Club platforms, including errors in processing of Avios.
§ Errors in the registration or connection of customer accounts that may prevent the accumulation of Avios.
§ Technical problems caused by third parties unrelated to the Promoter, such as internet service interruptions or errors in connection interfaces.
§ Cases where the customer has not correctly completed the steps required to activate their Avios account.
§ Loss of Avios due to the closure of Iberia Plus or Vueling Club accounts by the operators of these programmes.
Astara Move reserves the right to exclude Users who misuse the Promotion, engage in fraudulent activities or harm other Users. In the event that Astara Move or any other entity professionally linked to this Promotion detects any irregularity or suspects that a participant is disrupting the normal development of the Promotion, or engaging in fraudulent activities that would be contrary to the transparency of the Promotion, Astara Move reserves the right to cancel and even automatically withdraw the Avios obtained by any User who has benefited, whether directly or indirectly, from this type of fraudulent act, as well as taking any civil or criminal action that may be appropriate.
Astara Move shall be fully exempt from any liability for any malfunction of communication networks that prevents the normal development of the Promotion for reasons beyond its control and, particularly, for external acts of bad faith. It shall not be liable for any transmission problems or data loss for which it is not responsible.
Astara Move reserves the right to withhold the corresponding Avios if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has violated any of these Terms and Conditions. Astara Move reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes regarding the mechanics and incentives of this Promotion provided that such changes are justified or do not harm the participants and are duly communicated to them.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out due to detected fraud, technical failures or any other reasons beyond Astara Move’s control that affect its normal operation, Astara Move reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion without any liability on the part of the participants towards the Promoter.
EIGHTH.- Privacy Policy.

Purpose of processing: To manage participation in this Promotion and the accumulation of the corresponding Avios.
Data source: The data is provided directly by the Users themselves.
Data categories: The personal data subject to processing are identifying data that include name and surname and e-mail address.
Legitimation: The legal basis for processing your data is consent, obtained through your voluntary participation in this Promotion and the execution of these Terms and Conditions.
The provision of your data is mandatory to manage this Promotion. Refusal to provide the required data will prevent your participation in it.
To which recipients will your data be communicated? Your data will not be communicated to third parties except for legal obligation. In any case, the Promoter collaborates with certain third-party service providers who have access to your personal data and process it on behalf of and for the account of the Promoter as part of the services they provide. In particular, the Promoter will contract the provision of services by third-party suppliers who carry out their activities, without limitation, in the following sectors: advertising agencies, technology service providers, IT service providers and related maintenance companies, among others.
Users' rights: Users may exercise the following rights at any time and free of charge:
i) Right of access to the personal data by the data subject: the User can obtain confirmation of whether the Promoter is processing personal data concerning him/her.
ii) Right to rectification: the User has the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
iii) Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'): the User can request the cessation of data processing without undue delay, among others, because the data is no longer necessary or consent has been withdrawn, etc.
iv) Right to restriction of data processing: the User may request that their personal data not be applied to the processing operations that would correspond in each case; in such instances we will only retain the data for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
v) Right to data portability. The User may receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; also, the User may request that their data be transmitted to another data controller of the treatment, provided this is technically feasible.
vi) Right to object, the data subject opposes the processing, and the Promoter will stop processing their data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
Users can exercise these rights by directing written request, duly signed, accompanied by a photocopy of the ID to ASTARA MOVE, S.L., Avenida de Bruselas 32, 28108 Alcobendas (Madrid) or by sending an email to privacy.es@astara.com.
How long will we keep the User’s data? Your personal data will be retained until this Promotion is fully executed and/or until any legal obligations arise on the part of the Promoter.
Security measures: The Promoter shall establish the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of automated files, processing centres, premises, equipment, systems, programmes and personnel involved in the automated processing of personal data as required by applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Right to submit a complaint to the Control Authorities: Users have the possibility of contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency about any incident in the processing of their personal data. The Spanish Data Protection Agency has the task of ensuring compliance with the legislation and controlling its application. NINTH.- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in this Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation thereof made by Astara Move.
TENTH.- Applicable law and jurisdiction.
This Promotion is governed by the current Spanish legislation. Any dispute that may arise shall be subject to the jurisdiction rules that may be applicable in accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations for the resolution of any conflicts resulting from the breach and interpretation of this document.
